Q: I am interested in a pair of ears that is no longer listed on your website. Will these be restocked soon?

A: I try to restock popular designs first. If a design sits a long time in my shop without selling, it is unlikely that design will be restocked unless specifically requested by multiple people.


Q: I want a pair of ears but I want flowers instead of a bow or vise versa. Is this possible?

A: YES! As long as I have the materials required for your request I am happy to make the changes. Please make sure to email me immediately after purchase or leave a comment in the notes to seller box. 


Q: I have an upcoming trip and want to purchase ears. Will they arrive in time?

A: As long as you purchase PRIORITY SHIPPING with your order, I make sure that your order ships in time for your trip. Please note that once an item has been dropped off at the post office, I am no longer held responsible for the speed in which it arrives. Delays do occur and due to this, I recommend ordering as soon as you are able.


Q: Do you accept exchanges or returns on orders?

A: I do not, unless the reason you are requesting a return or refund is due to shop error. The product you receive looks exactly or very similar to the photo listed on my website. Please note that ALL products are handmade and no two items will look exactly the same. I do try my best to make sure all items that leave my shop are in pristine condition however, due to human error that is not always the case. In the event you are unhappy with an order, please feel free to email me to discuss rectifying the problem. If a solution can not be reached, the customer may be required to ship the order back (they cover shipping costs) for a refund minus shipping charges on the original order. Paypal claims will result in no longer being able to purchase from my shop.


Q: I am interested in ordering multiple ears. Do you offer bulk buy discounts?

A: I do not offer bulk buy discounts on orders under 10 items. I do offer restock or holiday promo codes which are available on social media or in my monthly newsletter.
