Policies

All items that are personalized (ears or shirts) are not eligible for a refund UNLESS:
-The shop fails to complete an order in time for a trip (w/previous approval)

-The shop prints initials in an incorrect format (only with proof that the customer provided correct monogram initially)

NO CANCELLATIONS ARE ACCEPTED ONCE AN ORDER HAS BEGUN PRODUCTION. THESE ARE PERSONALIZED ITEMS THAT WE CANNOT RESELL. PAYPAL CLAIMS WILL RESULT IN BANNING FROM FUTURE SALES.

-We do not refund orders for incorrect sizing. All apparel listings provide sizing charts.

-If a customer orders an item requesting a certain color thread or shirt and we are sold out, we will offer the customer an alternate color choice. If the customer accepts a new color, then no refunds will be issued. If the customer chooses to decline an alternate color, a refund will be granted.

-All fonts are listed in the item picture/item title.

-If a customer receives the wrong order (size, initials, color etc.) we have the right to ask if the customer would kindly send the item back and accept their correct order. A full refund on the shipping costs will be returned to the customer with proof of tracking.

-All items state their turnaround time in the description box. If you need your order sooner than the turnaround stated, please message me before placing an order. We will not be held liable if a product arrives after your trip date if you did not provide advance notice and/or purchase PRIORITY SHIPPING for your order.

Shipping Policies:

-While we make sure your order is safely packaged, once shipped out we are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages. We will gladly offer you ONE replacement package for an additional shipping charge within 3 days of delivery.

-If an order is marked delivered by the postal carrier and the item was misdelivered, you will be required to purchase signature confirmation for your replacement pair. A new set of ears will not be issued if the replacement pair is lost/stolen/misdelivered.
